• Construction Stake-Out – is a service for homeowners, contractors, builders, excavators, etc. whereby markings or stakes are placed on the ground to aid in the construction of just about anything, including but not limited to: residential homes, commercial buildings, land development or subdivision infrastructure (roads, utilities, etc.), private utilities or roads, site grading and drainage courses or ponds, septic systems, fences, etc.
   

• As-Built Survey – is a service that provides post-construction as-built locations and elevations of site improvements as required by municipalities and/or lenders.
   

• Plot Plan – is a 2-D plan preparation service provided to homeowners, contractors or builders whereby the proposed construction of a building, pool or other structure requiring a building permit from a municipality is depicted based on survey, record or design information – as applicable. Plot Plans are generally prepared for somewhat smaller projects using industry standard CAD software and are provided in a digital PDF format.
   

• Site Plan – is a 2-D plan preparation service provided to homeowners, contractors, builders, architects, civil engineers, planners or developers whereby existing conditions, proposed construction and site improvements are depicted based on survey, record and design information for somewhat larger projects not requiring extensive site engineering or storm water analysis. Plans are prepared using industry standard CAD software and are provided in a digital PDF format.
   

• Grading Plan – is a 3-D Site or Plot Plan that incorporates contours, site grading and erosion and sedimentation control design.

Waldraff Land Surveying does not accept Land Development Projects (projects involving extensive engineering and storm water analysis, e.g., commercial retail development or large housing developments) independently but will partner with your civil engineering or architectural firm to provide necessary survey services for these types of projects.
