Waldraff Land Surveying is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Richard F. Waldraff, PLS in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and provides professional, client centered, high accuracy land surveying services with a focus on residential property services to homeowners, home builders, design firms and professional clients in the greater Lehigh Valley area of eastern Pennsylvania including: the cities of Bethlehem, Allentown and Easton; the boroughs of Hellertown, Freemansburg, Nazareth, Bath, Northampton, Catasauqua, Walnutport, Slatington, Whitehall, Coopersburg, Fountain Hill and Emmaus; and the surrounding townships in Northampton County, Lehigh County and portions of Bucks County, Montgomery County, Berks County, Carbon County and Monroe County.
Utilizing a combination of modern robotic, reflectorless, GPS, data collection and CAD technologies, together with sound traditional surveying practices, Richard F. Waldraff, PLS specializes in boundary retracement surveys (property line surveys), and has more than 35 years experience in this specific region of eastern Pennsylvania.
Waldraff Land Surveying also provides services in a wide range of other survey related disciplines including: FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates, topographic surveys, mapping grade DGPS surveying, GPS site control, construction stake-out, as-built surveys, lot line adjustments, and preparation of site plans, grading plans and legal descriptions. Drawings and maps are created using industry standard CAD software and are provided to clients in a digital PDF format by default or in an optional conventional paper format by request. CAD files can also be shared with your design professional (architect or civil engineer) for use as the basis of site design for home improvement or home building projects.
